When certain flowers or baskets are not available we reserve the right to use a close alternative whilst keeping with the sentiment of your order. The following items will never be substituted without prior consultation with you, the orderer

Get your order in before 16:00 (Local Time) and we will normally get your flowers delivered the same day (95% of the time). If we can not deliver the same day we guarantee delivery the next day. Check out the current time in Thailand on the clock above.
